Oud & Ode currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During product launches or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or incorrect address information.

Standard Shipping: USD 4.99
Complimentary Standard Shipping is available on orders of USD 59 or more after discounts and before any applicable taxes.
Tracking
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Origin
Orders may be dispatched from our fulfillment location in China. Please review the estimated delivery time before placing your order.
Address Changes
Please contact support@oudandode.com as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact support@oudandode.com. We will review the shipment with the carrier and assist with the next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
