Standard Return & Refund Policy
At Oud & Ode, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handcrafted jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Order Cancellation You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Once this 1-hour window has passed, your order will be processed for fulfillment and can no longer be canceled.
14-Day Return Window (Including EU Right of Withdrawal) We offer a standard 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive the last item in your order to request a return. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is automatically extended to the next working day.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original premium packaging.
Return Shipping Costs Please note that customers are entirely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Oud & Ode does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
How to Start a Return To start a return, please contact us at 1148619265seal@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
